TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. EYESENSE FOLLOWS A STRICT NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE & NO ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.
  2. Order once placed cannot be cancelled or changed.
  3. Spectacles / sunglasses and contact lenses are sensitive vision care products and have to be handled with utmost care and precaution.
  4. Delays in deliveries due to unavoidable circumstances are regretted .No refund will be given.
  5. Sunglasses, frames, contact lenses and accessories once delivered will not be taken back, exchanged or refund given.
  6. Contact lenses once ordered will not be cancelled. Delivery schedules arecommitted on a best effort basis. Delays due to import compliances, logistic issues etc. are not in our control.
  7. All products purchased by you are warranted against manufacturing defects on a pro-rata basis for one year.Physical damage, breakage, wear and tear related issues are not covered under warranty. The purpose / objective / usage of the product is solely at your discretion and Eyesense shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.
  8. Eyesense dispenses the lens as per power details mentioned in the prescription given by the Doctor / optometrists / Eye care professional. Decision on the Power of the prescription is sole and independent decision of the Doctor / optometrists / Eyecare professional. Eyesense's responsibility is only to the extent of the accuracy of lenses as per prescription.
  9. Scratch resistant coated lenses are not scratch proof. Scratch proof lenses doesn't exist.
  10. Break resistant lenses are not break proof.
  11. Amount paid for any orders will not be refunded. If the order for which amount has been paid is not possible to be processed due to limitations of technology / time etc. A credit note will be issued for the said amount after cancelling the invoice. The credit note will be valid for a period of ninety days from the date of issue.
  12. Eyesense will not be responsible for all orders not collected for 30 days after informing that it is ready for collection. The said Order will be cancelled and all amounts paid for the said order by the customer will be adjusted against the order.
  13. Eyesense accepts customer's old / new frames / sunglasses and spectacle lenses for fixing lenses / frames / service / repair and alignments etc. at customers risk and Eyesense will not be responsible for any damage / breakage caused for customers own products.
  14. Suggestions / advice given while choosing frames / sunglasses / contact lenses etc. by sales executive is consultative in nature and not compulsive. The final decision of selection and buying the products is exclusively of the buyer.
  15. All products sold in promotion, discount, or on offer are sold AS IS WHERE IS CONDITION and may have irregularities, discolouration, stains, marks etc. and brand case will not be available.
  16. All instructions / feedback / complaints from customers with respect to the product purchased has to be sent by email to info@eyesense.in or letter sent to the store. Oral communication will not be considered.
  17. Prices mentioned at the time of booking the order will prevail. It is understood that Customers have checked properly everywhere and then confirmed the order only after being satisfied with the prices. Brands, manufacturers and distributors run different schemes and promotions in various formats. We will not be answerable to service variations, experience variations and price variations.
  18. Subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
