At Eyesense Opticians, we strive to provide the best service and high-quality eyewear to our customers. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Prescription Eyewear & Customized Products
- Due to the personalized nature of prescription glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses, cancellations are not allowed once the order is in production.
- If there is an issue with your prescription or order details, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If an order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Appointment Cancellations
- If you have booked an eye check-up appointment, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
