Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for unused, unworn, and undamaged products returned in their original packaging with all accessories, within 7 days of delivery.
- Prescription glasses, contact lenses, and customized eyewear are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our end.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized prescription eyewear, including spectacles and contact lenses.
- Opened or used contact lenses and lens care solutions.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
- After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Option
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange option for eligible products within 7 days, subject to availability.
