Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for any orders placed. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
  2. All sales are final, and we have a no-refund policy.
  3. Applicable to all orders purchased online and offline at the stores.
  4. We are strict about our NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, and NO REFUND POLICY. We have been a self-funded, growing company since 1979, and a product once sold and returned cannot be resold to someone else due to our strong ethical commitment to always offering a fresh product, so we do not second-sell the same product.
  5. In case of product unavailability, a typo, or a technical glitch, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount via bank transfer, subject to the funds reflecting in our bank account.
  6. We have an in-house Quality control team that checks and approves all your orders. In the rare event that an incorrect/damaged product is delivered, please provide us with a complete unboxing video along with images of the damaged part or area for us to process it further. Once we receive the original product (along with all the contents in the packing in original condition), our QC team will go through the physical product for further checks. If satisfied and approved, the order will be reprocessed.
  7. Return couriers should only be used after getting in touch with our team at info@eyesense.in. We will not be responsible if the product is returned or sent to us without any prior information, and there will be no refund for the same.
  8. Refund (if approved) will be done ONLY by NEFT/IMPS net banking transaction. It will take 7-10 working days after approval. We will ask the customer to share their banking details for the same. There will be no other mode for the refund process.
